[01-10-2026] Sacramento County, CA – Pedestrian Killed After Vehicle Collision at Arden Way and Heritage Lane in Arden-Arcade

A man was killed after being struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Arden Way and Heritage Lane in the Arden-Arcade area of Sacramento County on Sunday afternoon, January 11, 2026.

According to the Sacramento Police Department, officers responded to the scene after the pedestrian was struck and transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. Police later confirmed that the pedestrian succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.

The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office will release the identity of the deceased after the next of kin have been notified. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
