[01-10-2026] Solano County, CA – Pedestrian Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash at Sonoma Boulevard and Redwood Street in Vallejo

A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash at the intersection of Sonoma Boulevard and Redwood Street in Vallejo early Saturday morning, January 10, 2026.

According to the Vallejo Police Department, officers responded around 5:05 a.m. to reports of a collision involving two vehicles and a pedestrian. 

Upon arrival, officers and emergency medical personnel located a woman with life-threatening injuries. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said two people who were inside one of the involved vehicles were injured and transported to a hospital.

Authorities determined that one of the drivers involved fled the scene on foot before officers arrived. 

The investigation is ongoing.
