A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle while reportedly walking in the crosswalk at the intersection of North Main Avenue and East Alvarado Street in Fallbrook, San Diego County, late Sunday afternoon, January 12, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred around 5:46 p.m. and involved a silver Nissan sedan. Emergency responders arrived shortly after the incident to provide medical assistance. The pedestrian was transported to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries.
