[01-22-2026] San Diego County, CA – Juvenile Transported to Hospital After Collision at North Stage Coach Ln. and East Fallbrook St.

A juvenile was transported to a hospital after a traffic collision in San Diego County on Thursday afternoon on January 22, 2026.

The incident occurred at approximately 3:40 p.m. at the intersection of North Stage Coach Lane and East Fallbrook Street.

According to witnesses at the scene, the juvenile went entirely underneath the vehicle during the collision but was not run over by the wheels. 

Emergency responders from the North County Fire Protection District, including Engine 114 and Medic 110, arrived to find that the juvenile had already left the scene. Radio traffic indicated that the juvenile rode a bicycle home before first responders arrived.

San Diego County Sheriff’s deputies later located the juvenile at their residence. After being evaluated by paramedics, the juvenile was transported by ambulance for medical treatment. The extent of the juvenile’s injuries is not known at this time.

The incident remains under investigation.
