[01-27-2025] Riverside County, CA – Woman Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash in San Jacinto

A Hemet woman was killed following a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Ramona Expressway and Warren Road in San Jacinto on Tuesday morning, January 27, 2025.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, deputies and Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department crews responded just after 10:00 a.m. to reports of a traffic collision at the intersection. 

Upon arrival, deputies located two vehicles involved in the crash, with one driver found unresponsive.

Firefighters extricated the critically injured driver, later identified as 58-year-old Latrenda M. of Hemet. She was transported to a local hospital, where she was later pronounced dead. Authorities said the other driver remained at the scene and was not injured.

The San Jacinto Traffic Team responded and assumed the investigation. Officials stated that drugs or alcohol do not appear to be factors in the collision, and no arrests have been made.

The crash remains under investigation.
