A cyclist was injured after being struck by a vehicle in San Luis Obispo on Thursday morning, February 5, 2026.
The San Luis Obispo Police Department said the collision occurred at about 8:50 a.m. on South Higuera Street near the South Street intersection.
Police stated that the cyclist was wearing a helmet and sustained minor injuries. Authorities said the cyclist was not transported to a hospital.
Officials indicated that alcohol or drugs were not suspected to be factors in the crash.
