A pedestrian sustained major injuries after being struck by a vehicle in the Florin area of Sacramento County on Thursday morning, February 6, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 6:03 a.m. on the Florin Road on-ramp for northbound Highway 99.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported the injured man to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Authorities have not released additional details at this time.
