Two people sustained minor injuries after their vehicle slid off the road on Cedar Pass in Modoc County, on Friday night, February 7, 2025.
According to the Modoc County Sheriff’s Office, deputies assisted the California Highway Patrol, Cedarville Volunteer Fire Department, Lake City Volunteer Fire Department, and Surprise Valley Ambulance in rescuing the occupants.
Both individuals received medical attention for minor injuries at the scene.
Authorities have not provided additional details on what caused the vehicle to slide off the road.
