[02-14-2026] Ventura County, CA – Two Oxnard Men Die in Crash on Highway 101

Two 21-year-old men from Oxnard died after a car crash north of Ventura early Saturday morning, February 14, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Ventura Area, the crash occurred just before 2:30 a.m. on Highway 101.

Officers arrived at the scene and found an overturned Chevy Colorado truck, with both men ejected from the vehicle.

First responders pronounced the 21-year-old driver dead at the scene, while the passenger was transported to a local hospital for treatment, though their condition was not immediately available.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation by the CHP.
