Four people were hospitalized after a crash involving a pickup truck and an SUV on Loma Vista Road and North Victoria Avenue in Ventura on Saturday afternoon, February 15, 2025.
According to the Ventura City Fire Department, the crash occurred around 1:45 p.m. when a pickup truck overturned, and an SUV collided with a parked car. The two occupants of the pickup truck self-extricated, while two people in the SUV remained trapped inside.
Firefighters utilized the Jaws of Life to extricate the trapped victims, completing the operation within 30 minutes.
All four individuals involved were transported to local hospitals. Their current conditions remain unknown.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
