At least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle crash on the westbound State Route 94 in La Mesa on Sunday evening, February 15, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at 8:07 p.m. at the Massachusetts Avenue off-ramp.
A woman in one of the involved vehicles told a witness that her son was injured. The number of injured and the extent of their injuries were not immediately available, and the age of her son was not disclosed.
It appeared that a motorist involved in the crash fled the scene, but the vehicle was located within the hour, according to the CHP’s online log.
The investigation is ongoing.
