A pedestrian sustained injuries after a hit-and-run in Fallbrook, San Diego County, late Tuesday night, February 17, 2026.
The North County Fire Protection District received reports of the incident at around 10:42 p.m. at the intersection of East Fallbrook Street and Elbrook Drive.
Reports said the pedestrian suffered injuries of unknown severity and was transported to a nearby hospital.
