[02-17-2026] San Diego County, CA – Traffic Collision Involving Two Vehicles Blocks South Stage Coach Lane in Fallbrook

A traffic collision involving two vehicles blocked traffic on South Stage Coach Lane in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Tuesday evening, February 17, 2026.

Emergency crews from the North County Fire Protection District responded to the intersection of South Stage Coach Lane and Marita Lane at around 8:43 p.m. after reports of a crash.

Upon arrival, firefighters found a blue Toyota Corolla and a gray Toyota Highlander blocking the southbound lanes of the roadway.

Engine 111 and Rescue Ambulance 110 arrived shortly after. One individual was transported to a nearby hospital with injuries of unknown severity.

Tow trucks were called to remove the disabled vehicles, and the scene was cleared.

The investigation is ongoing.
