A 45-year-old woman was killed, and another driver was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Hesperia on Thursday night, February 27, 2025.
According to the San Bernardino County Coroner, the crash occurred just before 11:00 p.m. at the intersection of Seaforth Street and Newhall Avenue.
Authorities reported that a blue Subaru sedan and a blue Ford pickup truck collided, causing the pickup to overturn. The driver of the Ford, identified as 45-year-old Amanda W. of Apple Valley, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
The second driver, a 47-year-old woman from Hesperia, sustained injuries and was airlifted to a nearby trauma center for treatment. No passengers were in either vehicle.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the cause of the crash. No further details have been released.
