A 15-year-old boy tragically lost his life after being struck by a car while crossing a street in Parlier, Fresno County, on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
The incident occurred near Mendocino and Parlier avenues, where the victim and another person were crossing the roadway.
According to CAL FIRE, the car was traveling at an estimated 60 mph when it struck the pedestrian. The vehicle continued for approximately 1,000 feet before coming to a stop. The boy succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
