A motorcyclist sustained critical injuries after a collision with a sports utility vehicle at the intersection of San Jacinto Avenue and Midway Street in San Jacinto on Sunday morning, March 16, 2025.
According to the San Jacinto Sheriff’s Station, deputies responded to the scene at approximately 9:51 a.m. and found that the motorcycle rider had suffered major injuries.
Paramedics treated the victim on-site before transporting them to a local hospital. The SUV driver was uninjured, but a passenger in the vehicle was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
Preliminary investigations determined that the motorcyclist was traveling southbound on San Jacinto Avenue, while the SUV was heading westbound on Midway Street when the collision occurred. The SUV driver remained at the scene, and authorities do not believe drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
