A man believed to be homeless was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Fowler on Tuesday night, March 25, 2025.
According to the Fowler Police Department, officers responded at approximately 10:00 p.m. to the area of 8th Street and Adams Avenue following reports of a vehicle-versus-pedestrian collision.
Upon arrival, officers initiated CPR on the man, who was later pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities believe the victim was in his 30s, but his identity has not yet been released.
The driver and passenger of the involved vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
