[03-25-2025] 63-Year-Old Man Killed in Suspected DUI Head-On Crash on Highway 113A 63-year-old man was killed in a head-on crash involving a suspected DUI driver on Highway 113 near Hay Road in Solano County on Tuesday evening, March 25, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 7:43 p.m. and involved two vehicles, each occupied solely by their drivers.

The 63-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver, a 24-year-old man, suffered major injuries and is suspected of driving under the influence.

Following the crash, Highway 113 was temporarily closed between Fry Road and Hay Road to allow for emergency response and investigation. The roadway has since been reopened.

The CHP is continuing to investigate the incident.
