[03-26-2026] San Luis Obispo County, CA – Two Hospitalized After Three-Vehicle Crash in Paso Robles

Two people were injured and extricated from a vehicle after a three-vehicle collision on Highway 46E in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo County, on Thursday morning, March 26, 2026.

According to the Paso Robles Police Department, the crash was reported at around 5:21 a.m. at the intersection with Union Road.

Paso Robles Fire and Emergency Services extricated both occupants from one of the vehicles, which were then transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The collision blocked both eastbound and westbound lanes of the highway. The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
