[03-28-2024] Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck by Vehicle in Rancho Dominguezpedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Rancho Dominguez, Los Angeles County, early Thursday morning, March 28, 2024.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. in the 19500 block of South Santa Fe Avenue, north of Del Amo Boulevard.

The victim’s identity was not yet released, pending the notification of the next of kin. It is unknown if the driver remained or fled the scene.

An investigation is underway to determine the factors involved and the cause of the fatal collision.
