[04-11-2026] San Diego County, CA – Three-Vehicle Collision Blocks Lanes at North Stagecoach Ln. and East Alvarado St.

Emergency personnel responded to a three-vehicle collision at the intersection of North Stagecoach Lane and East Alvarado Street in San Diego County, late Saturday morning, April 11, 2026.

The incident was first reported at 11:21 a.m., involving a gray Honda Odyssey, a secondary gray van, and a gray Kia. 

Initial dispatch logs indicated that at least one occupant was trapped inside one of the vehicles and that a reporting party was unable to move their car from the roadway. 

North County Fire Department units Engine 111 and Medic 110 were dispatched to the scene, and first responders arrived by 11:29 a.m.

The collision caused blocked lanes and significant traffic disruptions in the area. Towing services, including S&R Tow and Sunshine Tow, were requested to help clear the disabled vehicles. 

The cause of the incident is under investigation.
