[05-02-2026] San Bernardino County, CA – At Least Two Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on I-15 in Hesperia

At least two people were injured following a traffic collision on the northbound lanes of Interstate 15 just south of Bear Valley Road in Hesperia on Saturday afternoon, May 2, 2026.

According to authorities, the crash was reported at around 3:44 p.m., prompting a temporary shutdown of all northbound lanes as emergency crews responded to the scene.

Authorities indicated that, while initial reports suggested multiple vehicles, at least two were confirmed involved: a black Chevy Silverado pickup truck and a tan SUV, both of which sustained significant damage. The impact left the SUV positioned along the right shoulder facing the opposite direction of traffic.

Emergency personnel requested multiple ambulances, and at least two individuals were reported injured. One person complained of chest pain, while another was described as experiencing significant pain. Both were evaluated at the scene and later transported for further medical care.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
