Two people were injured after a vehicle crashed into a home near North 11th and Washington Street in San Jose on Monday night, May 5, 2025.
According to the San Jose Fire Department, firefighters responded to the scene at approximately 9:42 p.m. following a two-vehicle collision. Authorities said one of the vehicles struck a home, severing a gas line.
As a precaution, ten nearby homes were evacuated. Officials confirmed that no fire broke out as a result of the crash.
The two injured individuals were transported to medical centers in the area. The severity of their injuries and their current conditions were not immediately available.
