[05-06-2024] Possible Minor Injury Reported Following Multi-Vehicle Crash Involving Dump Truck on Highway 99A possible minor injury was reported following a multi-vehicle crash involving a dump truck on Highway 99, Sacramento County, on Monday morning, May 6, 2024. 

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened around 10:06 a.m. near the offramp for Sutterville Road in Sacramento. 

Authorities stated that at least five vehicles and a dump truck were involved in the crash. A possible minor injury was reported, but the number of people involved remains unclear. 

All blocked lanes were reopened by 11:30 a.m. 

The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Further information is yet to be released by the authorities.
