At least one person was killed following a traffic crash near Tracy, San Joaquin County, early Thursday morning, May 7, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported around 3:45 a.m. on Kasson Road south of Durham Ferry Road.
The roadway was temporarily closed during the investigation and reopened shortly before 9 a.m. It remains unknown how many individuals were involved in the collision.
