At least one person was injured following a multi-vehicle collision involving a bus in south Sacramento on Monday afternoon, May 13, 2024.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the traffic incident occurred at about 3:25 p.m. along southbound Highway 99 near the Mack Road exit.
Following the incident, multiple vehicles, including a bus, were seen on the shoulder of the highway. The total number of vehicles and people involved has not been disclosed yet.
CHP confirmed that at least one person was injured. The extent of the injury sustained by that one person remains unknown.
No other injuries were reported at the time of this writing. Additional information was not readily available.
