[05-14-2026] Sonoma County, CA – Injury Crash Blocks Lanes on Highway 101 in Santa Rosa

At least one person was injured following a traffic collision on southbound Highway 101 in Santa Rosa on Thursday morning, May 14, 2026.

According to Caltrans, the crash was reported around 7:05 a.m. south of Baker Avenue.

Authorities stated that the collision blocked the left and center lanes of southbound US-101, causing significant traffic delays through the area.

Officials advised motorists to expect delays and use alternate routes while crews responded to the scene and worked to clear the roadway.

An estimated time for reopening the affected lanes was not immediately available.
