[05-15-2024] Rider Injured Following Motorcycle Vs. Vehicle Collision in HesperiaA rider was injured following a motorcycle vs. vehicle collision in Hesperia on Wednesday morning, May 15, 2024. 

According to the Hesperia Police Department, the collision happened around 8:23 a.m. in the area of G Avenue and Eucalyptus Street. 

Authorities stated that the collision involved a vehicle and a motorcycle. Emergency personnel immediately responded to the scene and requested a helicopter to land at the Desert Valley Medical Center helipad. 

The rider sustained injuries and was airlifted to a trauma center for immediate treatment. Details regarding the identity of the victim were not immediately disclosed. It is unknown whether drugs or alcohol contributed to the collision. 

No further information was disclosed, and the authorities are gathering all necessary information to determine the cause of the collision.
