A pickup truck crashed into a power pole and overturned in Bakersfield on Tuesday evening, May 19, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 7:23 p.m. on East Panama Lane near Weedpatch Highway.
Authorities stated that the pickup truck struck a power pole before overturning. It remains unclear what caused the crash, and officials have not confirmed how many people were inside the vehicle at the time of the collision.
