[05-31-2024] At Least Two People Injured Following Three-Vehicle Collision in TurlockAt least two people were injured following a three-vehicle collision in Turlock on Friday afternoon, May 31, 2024.

According to the Turlock Police Department, the traffic incident occurred at about 5:05 p.m. at the West Monte Vista Avenue and Geer Road intersection.

University Police, Turlock Fire, and American Medical Response were all called to respond to the reported accident. Upon arrival, they found three vehicles with observable crash damage.

All but one of the vehicles involved were able to be moved out of the roadway. It was originally mentioned that one of the drivers involved in the crash fled the scene. However, this was soon disproven.

Two people suffered minor injuries as a result of the collision, while a third one is still being evaluated for any potential injuries, said the police. The victims’ names, ages, and genders were not immediately disclosed.

Additional information was not available at this time. The TPD is still carefully examining all the evidence they could find at the crash site to determine the cause of the accident.
