One person was seriously injured after getting hit by a truck in Oildale, Kern County, on Monday night, June 3, 2024.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 10:07 p.m. in the area of Diane Drive and Douglas Street.
A witness told the CHP that a man fell outside the back of a vehicle and was run over by a truck. It is said that the man was transported to a local hospital after sustaining serious injuries to the head.
The victim’s name, age, and origin were not disclosed at this time.
