A pedestrian was killed in a collision involving multiple vehicles on northbound U.S. Highway 101 near the Interstate 280 interchange in San Francisco early Friday morning, June 6, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 5:15 a.m., resulting in a complete closure of northbound Highway 101 lanes and the connector ramp to I-280.
The closure lasted for approximately two hours, with all lanes reopening by 7:15 a.m. Additional details regarding the circumstances of the crash have not yet been released.
