[06-20-2024] Possible Minor Injury Reported Following Multi-Vehicle Collision in East Cherokee RoadA possible minor injury was reported following a multi-vehicle collision near Waterloo, San Joaquin County, on Thursday morning, June 20, 2024. 

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened at about 11:30 a.m. North Ashley Lane and East Cherokee Road. 

CHP said that the multi-vehicle collision resulted in a possible minor injury. It is unclear how many people were affected by the crash, but the police confirmed that at least one person sustained an injury. The name, age, and gender of that person were not immediately known as of this writing. 

There is no word yet on the make or model of the involved vehicles. It is unknown if anyone else was injured. Police are also investigating whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the collision. 

The cause of the crash is under investigation. 

Further information regarding the incident has yet to be released by the authorities.
