Medics were requested following a two-vehicle crash that blocked multiple lanes on Interstate 5 in the Natomas area of Sacramento on Wednesday afternoon, June 25, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 5:40 p.m. on the southbound side of I-5 near Arena Boulevard. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.
At least two lanes were reported blocked due to the collision. Although it is unclear if anyone was injured, CHP logs confirmed that medical personnel were dispatched to the scene.
Drivers were advised to expect delays and consider alternate routes while the incident was being cleared. The crash remains under investigation.
