A man died after being struck by a vehicle in the Lawrence Park neighborhood of Sacramento on Wednesday afternoon, July 9, 2025.
According to the Sacramento Police Department, emergency responders were dispatched just before 12:45 p.m. to the 5100 block of Stockton Boulevard, south of Lawrence Drive, following reports of a pedestrian crash.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Authorities confirmed that the driver involved stayed at the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
