A 24-year-old man was killed, and another sustained injuries in a two-vehicle collision in Fresno County on Thursday afternoon, July 10, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at the intersection of De Wolf Avenue and South Avenue when the man failed to stop at a posted sign and was struck by an oncoming truck.
The 24-year-old driver died at the scene from injuries sustained in the collision. The driver of the truck was transported to a local hospital with moderate injuries.
Authorities stated that alcohol and drugs do not appear to be factors in the crash. The incident remains under investigation.
