According to the California Highway Patrol, the traffic collision occurred around 4:45 p.m. on southbound Highway 99 near Mitchell Road.

CHP reported that at least two vehicles were involved in the incident. Emergency crews were called to the scene to assist the people affected and to assess any potential injuries.
