[07-23-2025] Two-Vehicle Crash on O’Byrnes Ferry Road in JamestownA two-vehicle collision caused traffic delays during the Wednesday morning commute in Jamestown, Tuolumne County, on July 23, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred just before 8:00 a.m. at the intersection of O’Byrnes Ferry Road and Highway 108. 

Two sedans were involved in a T-bone collision after one of the drivers reportedly ran a red light while heading westbound. Both vehicles were traveling at high speed, and the impact caused one of them to go approximately ten feet down an embankment.

CHP officers responded to the scene to direct traffic. The crash temporarily stalled traffic in the area, but by 9:35 a.m., the scene had been cleared.

No injuries were reported. The incident remains under investigation.
