A woman was injured after being struck by a vehicle at an intersection in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Friday morning, July 24, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident was reported at around 9:19 a.m. at the intersection of South Main Avenue and East Aviation Road.

Witnesses reported that a truck with a trailer was making a left turn from East Aviation Road onto northbound South Main Avenue when it struck the pedestrian.

Emergency dispatch records indicated the woman suffered a head injury and was transported as a trauma patient.

The North County Fire Protection District responded with an engine and ambulance to provide medical assistance.
