A six-vehicle crash was reported on Highway 58 near Highway 223 in Bakersfield on Thursday night, July 31, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred around 7:40 p.m. just west of Highway 223 near the Bakersfield National Cemetery.
Initial reports indicated that three of the vehicles went down an embankment following the crash.
