[08-02-2026] San Joaquin County, CA – Man Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash in Stockton

A man died after a hit-and-run crash in Stockton on Sunday, August 2, 2026.

According to the Stockton Police Department, officers responded to the incident in the 3300 block of East Main Street in the city’s Park District.

Responding officers found an adult male who had sustained critical injuries. He later died from those injuries.

Authorities said the driver involved fled the scene, and no arrests have been announced. The identity of the victim has not been released.

The authorities continue to investigate the fatal hit-and-run crash.
