A collision involving a semi-truck and a blue sedan brought traffic to a near standstill on southbound Highway 101 near Stagecoach Road in San Luis Obispo County on Thursday morning, August 28, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 10:26 a.m., blocking the Nos. 2 and 3 lanes and forcing traffic into a single lane.
Emergency responders reported that the occupants of both vehicles were out of their cars, though it is unclear if anyone was injured.
A tow truck was dispatched to clear the scene around 10:31 a.m., and traffic remained heavily delayed as of 10:40 a.m.
