A 64-year-old man, George T. of Bakersfield, died following a crash at the intersection of 34th Street and Q Street in Bakersfield on Saturday, September 20, 2025.
According to the Kern County Coroner’s Office, the crash occurred at 12:40 a.m. George was driving when he collided with another vehicle. He was transported to Kern Medical, where he died the following day, September 21, 2025, at approximately 12:06 p.m.
The Bakersfield Police Department investigated the incident. Authorities continue to review the circumstances surrounding the crash.
