A motorcyclist was killed in a three-vehicle collision on Highway 4 in Concord on Monday afternoon, September 21, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at around 3:06 p.m. on westbound Highway 4, east of Port Chicago Highway.
CHP said the collision involved a motorcycle, a truck, and a sedan. The motorcyclist was ejected from the motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities said the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. The drivers of the truck and sedan were wearing seat belts.
Authorities have not yet determined what caused the collision. The investigation remains ongoing.
