A two-vehicle collision left one SUV overturned at the intersection of South Mission Road and Stagecoach Lane in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Tuesday morning, September 23, 2025.
According to CHP logs, the crash occurred around 7:02 a.m. and involved a black Ford SUV and a silver Kia SUV. Occupants were assisted out of the overturned vehicle shortly after the collision. Emergency crews responded by 7:08 a.m., and Adams Tow was called to remove the vehicles.
Reports from witnesses indicated that one person would be self-transporting to a hospital. Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
