Two tow truck drivers were injured while assisting at a crash scene on San Tomas Expressway near Hamilton Avenue in Campbell on Tuesday morning, September 23, 2025.
According to police, the collision occurred around 11:08 a.m. The drivers were outside their vehicles assisting with a two-car crash when they were struck. Both were transported to a hospital and listed in stable condition.
Authorities reported that the driver who struck the tow truck drivers remained at the scene and was cooperating with officers. Drugs and alcohol do not appear to have played a role in the collision.
