Six people were transported to area hospitals following a three-vehicle collision in Santa Paula on Saturday afternoon, September 27, 2025.
According to Ventura County Fire spokesperson Andrew Dowd, the crash occurred around 1:15 p.m. at Peres Lane and east Telegraph Road (Highway 126).
Nine patients were involved in total. One person was critically injured, one had moderate injuries, and four others sustained minor injuries and were described as stable. The six injured were transported to local hospitals, while three additional patients were assessed at the scene and declined further treatment.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the crash, which temporarily closed eastbound lanes of Highway 126 while first responders treated the injured.
Authorities continue to investigate the collision.
