One person was transported to Temecula Valley Hospital following a traffic collision on northbound Interstate 15 just south of Highway 76 in San Diego County, on Sunday morning, September 28, 2025.
According to California Highway Patrol logs, the crash was reported around 2:23 a.m. and involved a gray Nissan Sentra and another unidentified vehicle.
Emergency medical crews responded to the scene, though details on the extent of injuries were not immediately available.
One lane of the freeway was blocked while a tow truck cleared the vehicles. Units from CHP’s Border Communications Center and other emergency responders remained on scene during the early morning hours.
