Two people were transported to a hospital following a three-vehicle collision in Galt on Monday morning, September 29, 2025.
According to California Highway Patrol logs, emergency medical services were dispatched around 6:02 a.m. on northbound Highway 99 just south of the Twin Cities Road off-ramp.
The cause of the crash remains unclear, and authorities reported that two occupants required hospital treatment.
