A 23-year-old man was charged with crashing a car through a garage while intoxicated, resulting in the death of 31-year-old Francisco G. who was standing inside on Friday night, October 4, 2024, in Al Habra.
The crash occurred around 10:00 p.m. in the 200 block of West First Avenue.
The driver, Rumualdo C. was charged with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, along with a sentencing enhancement for fleeing the scene of the incident.
